Internal Sales Specialist Join a well-established masonry products business in a fast-paced role that requires a hunter mentality and the ability to manage the full sales-to-logistics cycle. Pretoria, Construction Industry, R 20,000 to R23,000 per month. About Our Client The client is a well-established business known for its masonry products. They operate within the construction industry and maintain a yard for stock management and walk-in clients. The Role: Internal Sales Specialist The purpose of this role is to manage the full sales process from lead generation to logistics and order fulfilment. It exists to proactively identify new opportunities, support the external sales team, and coordinate with transport providers to ensure quality control and timely delivery of products. The main focus areas include cold calling, market research, customer relationship management, and yard dispatch oversight. Key Responsibilities Maintain 13 years of sales experience in an internal or external capacity. Identify new opportunities through cold calling and market research to qualify inbound leads. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while managing the CRM system with high data integrity. Prepare quotes and process orders in collaboration with the external sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey. Coordinate with transport providers and track deliveries to oversee yard dispatch and quality control. Assist with physical stock management in the yard to ensure accurate records and organized displays. Manage credit limits, new accounts, and customer complaints in coordination with the debtors department. Execute dozens of calls daily while thriving under pressure. About You 13 years of sales experience (Internal or External). Proven experience within the construction or building industry. South African Citizenship. Currently based in Pretoria. Valid drivers license and own reliable transport. Minimum High School Diploma. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems. Bachelors degree in business is highly preferred
