The firm services a diverse client base including private individuals, corporates, financial institutions and property developers and is well regarded for its expertise across multiple practice areas including litigation, commercial law, property and conveyancing, family law and estates. The firm is known for its professional standards, experienced legal team and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. Job Description Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Secretary / Deeds Typist to join their team. The successful candidate should have solid experience in a variety of conveyancing matters and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for: Subdivision and consolidation of properties Sectional Title matters (scheme openings and transfers) Full title transfers Township establishment Notarial deeds (e.g. servitudes) Qualifications Relevant conveyancing secretarial training or certification will be advantageous. Skills The successful candidate will have: Minimum of 10 years experience in a Conveyancing Secretary / Deeds Typist role Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation High level of attention to detail and organisational ability Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously Strong administrative and communication skills Salary/Package Gross salary of approximately R24,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications
