Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their design needs and lifestyle preferences
- Present and refine concepts using cutting-edge 3D design tools
- Provide expert advice on cabinetry design and technical options
- Manage full project lifecyclefrom consultation through to installation and hand-over
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and design role, ideally within the kitchen, cabinetry, or interior design industry
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Experience with Winner Design or similar 3D design software (advantageous)
- Project management experience (preferred)
