Perform Quality Checks on all vehicles
Assist with diagnostics and fault finding
Conduct tool checks and ensure all equipment remains in good working condition
Support service team with services when required
Accurately capture customer dissatisfaction and provide technical explanations when needed
Sign off and inspect job cards
Lead and develop workshop technicians and apprentices
Maintain technician morale, motivation, and productivity
Recognized Technical/Automotive qualification (advantageous)
Qualified Technician with minimum 5 years’ experience
Strong experience in vehicle diagnostics and use of diagnostic equipment
