Job Description
Were looking for a results-driven, highly organised Operations-minded Project Manager with
strong exposure to Sales and Marketing. This person is not a traditional Marketing or Sales
Manager, but rather a strategic executor – someone who can plan, coordinate, and deliver
cross-functional projects, drive commercial outcomes, and ensure initiatives are implemented
efficiently, on time, and within budget.
This individual will serve as the link between strategy and execution, working closely with the
leadership team to turn ideas into actionable campaigns and projects that grow the brand,
generate leads, and improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage sales and marketing projects end-to-end, from planning and
budgeting to execution and post-implementation review.
Translate strategic objectives into detailed project plans with measurable deliverables
and clear accountability.
Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring operations, sales, and marketing
efforts are aligned and mutually reinforcing.
Drive sales and marketing initiatives (campaigns, activations, community
engagement, events, digital campaigns, etc.) and track performance metrics.
Manage project budgets, ensuring initiatives are delivered within approved cost
frameworks and with measurable ROI.
Monitor progress against timelines and objectives, proactively identifying risks and
bottlenecks.
Mobilise and motivate team members across departments to meet milestones and
deliverables.
Support leadership with strategic planning, performance reporting, and operational
insights.
Build simple, effective systems for tracking projects, budgets, and outcomes.
Champion continuous improvement in how projects are scoped, executed, and reviewed.

Solid understanding of marketing and sales principles, including campaign execution,
funnel management, and customer engagement.

accountability across teams.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities shift and delivery
is key.
Data-driven and analytical able to evaluate project success through measurable
outcomes.
Experience & Background
5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar
execution-driven role.
Demonstrated exposure to sales and marketing environments and successful project
execution (campaigns, brand initiatives, lead generation, community activations, or
digital marketing projects).
Proven track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and delivering within
deadlines and budget.
Strong experience working cross-functionally with leadership, sales, marketing, and
operations teams.
Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or Project Management
preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
