Position: Business / Test Analyst
Location: Pretoria

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a skilled Business / Test Analyst who will be a key stakeholder in the solutions design and technical analysis process, as well as end-to-end testing as a member of the solutions team. Building new features and enhancements to the platform’s enterprise-level clients.

Requirements
- Experience in test automation practices and use of test automation tools.
- BCOM degree or Certification/s in Business Analysis or equivalent.
- Manual testing experience.
- SQL experience.
- Web API experience.
- At least 3 to 5 years of business analyst/testing experience.
Duties
- Proactively identifying enhancements to systems and processes within a business environment.
- Conduct and capture user requirements according to established methodologies.
- Create test cases and test plans according to user requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing on all applications.
- Identify, analyse and document all programming errors.
- Verify fixes.
- Communication on test results relating to projects.
- Train users for UAT and obtain UAT sign-off on deliverables.
- Facilitate sessions with all levels of users (from junior to senior) to identify the requirements of a project.
- Effectively collaborate with business owners to ensure all design requirements are adequately realistic and reflect the business need.
- Testing on development completed by the required deadline.
