About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and commercially minded Food & Beverage Manager for a luxury hotel based in Hermanus. This role offers a hands-on and strategic leadership opportunity to oversee all F&B operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional guest experiences within a refined hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the F&B team to maintain exceptional service standards
- Oversee all F&B operations across the property, ensuring consistency and quality
- Drive revenue growth while implementing strict cost control measures
- Manage stock control, procurement, and supplier relationships
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle guest feedback efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting
- Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and stock management
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and guest-focused approach
