About the Role
Plantforum is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception / Sales & Online Orders Coordinator. This role combines front-of-house reception and sales with online order management and fulfilment, ensuring an excellent customer experience both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle sales enquiries, take orders, and process payments accurately
- Capture and manage orders on our systems
- Execute all online orders daily, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare online orders for collection or courier dispatch before the specified date and time
- Box, label, and neatly stage courier orders in the designated collection area
- Liaise professionally with courier services
- Maintain basic admin records and comply with company procedures
- Complete daily required records where relevant
