About the Role
The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing the full bid lifecycle, working closely with key stakeholders to develop effective bid strategies and ensure compliance with client specifications and internal procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission and post-submission activities.
- Analyse tender and RFP/RFQ documentation to determine requirements, risks, and compliance.
- Develop bid strategies, win themes, and pricing inputs in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate contributions from technical, commercial, legal, finance, and operational teams.
- Draft, review, and edit bid responses to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain bid schedules, deadlines, and governance approvals.
- Ensure all submissions meet client specifications, quality standards, and internal procedures.
- Conduct post-bid reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future submissions.
- Maintain a bid library, templates, and standard responses.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proven experience in managing bids or tenders.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in bid management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
