About the Role
An experienced hospitality Financial Manager is sought for a well-established hotel group, where we are looking for a skilled professional to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, while ensuring compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and cash flow projections
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements
- Manage financial risks, cost control, and investment strategies
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
- Implement and monitor financial policies and internal controls
- Support senior management in strategic financial decision-making
Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA) with a BCom in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years’ experience in a financial role, preferably within hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
