About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DogHandler Security Officer to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of designated areas by patrolling with a trained security dog.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas with a trained security dog to deter and detect unauthorized persons and suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and calls for assistance.
- Conduct security checks of buildings, vehicles, and other property.
- Assist in the apprehension of suspects and the recovery of stolen property.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities.
- Work collaboratively with other security officers and team members to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

- Valid Psira Certificate (Grade B-C)
- Previous experience working in security with a trained security dog
