About the Role
We are seeking an Associate to join our reputable clients team in Cape Town, where you will be working on corporate finance projects that require a strong understanding of valuation techniques and financial statement analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling using various valuation techniques such as discounted cash flow (DCF), enterprise value (EV) to EBITDA, EV to EBIT, price to earnings (PE), and price to net asset value (P/NAV)
- Analyze financial statements and company performance to provide insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of a Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification
- Corporate finance experience for a minimum of 3 years
- Post articles experience of at least 6 years
- Strong understanding and application of valuation techniques
- Strong understanding and application of financial statement analysis
