About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Financial Accountant to join our team in the Netherlands. As a newly qualified professional, you will have the opportunity to grow and contribute to a fast-paced, multicultural environment that supports accurate reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Dutch accounting standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless financial operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement financial management systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Newly qualified or soon-to-be CA(SA), CIMA, or SAIPA professional
- Completed SAICA/CIMA/SAIPA articles (this is a must)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in monthly management accounts to annual financials
Qualifications
- Formal education in accounting or related field (Bachelor’s degree)
