About the Role

As a Centurion: Administrator at Bidvest Protea Coin, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our organization. This role requires excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the Journey Management App
  • Attending to clients (queries, transfer requests, complaints escalations to management etc)
  • Managing the quotation for CPO’s
  • Executive Drivers and Point to Point Transfers
  • General administrative tasks associated with VIP (Payroll, HR, Logistics, Finance)
  • Performing an important client liaison function
  • Maintaining and updating records, reports, and documentation
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings and operational requirements
  • Assisting with compiling reports and general office administration
  • Ensuring accurate filling and record keeping

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Relevant administrative qualification will be advantageous
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably within the security industry
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong computer and report writing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask
  • Clean criminal and credit record
  • Driver’s license
