About the Role
The Pedal Power Association is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to design, implement, and grow programmes that expand safe, inclusive, and accessible everyday cycling for all, with a focus on underserved and mobility-constrained communities. The ideal candidate will be a confident everyday cyclist with practical experience navigating real-world cycling environments.

Requirements
• 5 years’ experience in community development, outreach, mobility programmes, or NGO programme management.
• A confident, regular everyday cyclist with practical experience navigating real-world cycling environments (urban, peri-urban, and/or township contexts).
• Demonstrated experience working in underserved communities with cultural sensitivity and respect.
• Strong facilitation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting grassroots initiatives, youth programmes, or community-based organisations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a people-centred approach.
