About the Role
As a Sales Consultant at Ubiquitous Direct Marketing, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find products and services that meet their needs while driving company sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and closing sales while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Identify customer needs through questioning and active listening
- Recommend appropriate products or services based on those needs
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, system entries, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and competitors
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Handle customer objections and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain attractive product displays and organized sales areas
- Capture customer information for leads and future sales opportunities
