About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for providing accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial management. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile IFRS-compliant financial information, annual financial statements, and reporting packs
- Monitor monthly trial balances, balance sheet reconciliations, and forecasting processes
- Provide tax reporting and cash flow management services
- Oversee debtors and creditors, and maintain fixed asset registers
- Lead a high-performing finance team to achieve operational success
Requirements
- BCom qualification
- CA(SA) qualification
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar financial management role
- Experience within an FMCG environment is advantageous
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications: BCom and CA(SA) qualifications are required.
