About the Role
Edgexec (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Project Programme Manager to drive complex technology programmes that shape business performance and enable digital transformation. This role will lead at scale, influence strategy, and deliver measurable impact across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple technology projects and programmes
- Define programme objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned to business strategy
- Manage cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to project managers
- Coordinate interdependencies across projects and ensure seamless execution
- Oversee resource allocation including budgets, staffing, and tools
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones
- Identify and mitigate programme risks to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor performance through KPIs and adjust plans to optimise outcomes
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and programme insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
- PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
- 69 years of project management experience
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
- At least 5 years experience in system integrations
- Strong budget management and financial oversight experience
- Exposure to governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience in digital, IT, or operational project environments
