This role is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple interrelated technology projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will provide strategic direction, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.

You will act as the central point of leadership across programmes, balancing delivery, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. Success in this role requires strong programme governance, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple technology projects and programmes

  • Define programme objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned to business strategy

  • Manage cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to project managers

  • Coordinate interdependencies across projects and ensure seamless execution

  • Oversee resource allocation including budgets, staffing, and tools

  • Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones

  • Identify and mitigate programme risks to ensure successful delivery

  • Monitor performance through KPIs and adjust plans to optimise outcomes

  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and programme insights

What You Bring

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or related field

  • PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification

  • 69 years of project management experience

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams

  • At least 5 years experience in system integrations

  • Strong budget management and financial oversight experience

  • Exposure to governance frameworks and compliance standards

  • Experience in digital, IT, or operational project environments
