About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join a dynamic team in the food services industry. The ideal candidate will have strong operational and leadership experience in food, retail, or wholesale environments, with a proven track record in managing teams, budgets, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the food service environment
Oversee budget management and financial oversight
Ensure operations management and customer care
Supervise staff management and leadership development
Maintain health and safety compliance
Handle administration and reporting tasks

Requirements

Matric or equivalent
Relevant post-graduate qualification preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in a food service, warehouse & logistics, or retail environment
Minimum of 5 years management experience
Relevant computer experience, particularly Microsoft Excel
Relevant food and wholesale experience
Packaging experience will be an advantage
