About the Role
Ello Technology is seeking a Brand & Content Specialist to make our brand impossible to ignore. This is not a role for those who feel inspired, but rather a daily output role focused on building trust, customer communication, and growing our tribe.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish 6 posts/day using a structured distribution model (see Content Rules below)
- Moderate comments and route inbound DMs to correct internal owners (not selling, routing)
- Maintain a weekly content plan with approvals where required
- Monthly newsletter (on-time) with value, proof, whats improving behind the scenes, and a soft CTA
- Segment lists properly (clients vs prospects vs partners)
- Run one additional monthly campaign: referral push OR advocacy OR reactivation
- Maintain Wix pages: proof, credibility, services narrative, team/culture, case studies
- Publish at least 2 blog or case study per month
- On-page hygiene: titles/meta, headings, internal links, mobile checks, broken link checks

You are measured on output, proof, growth and trust assets not marketing activity.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily social + community growth (MSP + BPE lanes kept separate)

Customer communications (Zoho marketing full-stack)
- Monthly newsletter (on-time) with value, proof, whats improving behind the scenes, and a soft CTA
- Segment lists properly (clients vs prospects vs partners)
- Run one additional monthly campaign: referral push OR advocacy OR reactivation
Wix trust hub ownership
- Maintain Wix pages: proof, credibility, services narrative, team/culture, case studies
- Publish at least 2 blog or case study per month
- On-page hygiene: titles/meta, headings, internal links, mobile checks, broken link checks
Brand consistency + internal brand
- Email signatures: standardized, consistent, audited
- Brand templates: Canva templates for all post types and story formats
- Basic internal brand roll-outs: clothing concepts, customer appreciation concepts, referral campaign communication templates
- Maintain tone/messaging system (approved phrases, positioning lanes, do/not list)
