About the Role
As a Revit / BIM Modeller – Structures at Communicate Finance, you will be responsible for producing high-quality structural models and drawings using Revit, assisting engineers with BIM model development, technical detailing, and project documentation, and coordinating with structural engineers to ensure accurate interpretation of design requirements. You will also participate in project meetings, support design coordination, contribute to project planning, and maintain documentation in line with BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality structural models and drawings using Revit
- Assist engineers with BIM model development, technical detailing, and project documentation
- Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure accurate interpretation of design requirements
- Maintain updated Revit models throughout all design stages
- Participate in project meetings and support design coordination
- Contribute to project planning and maintain documentation in line with BIM standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a Structural Revit / BIM Modeller
- Strong and proven exposure to Revit software (essential)
- Solid project management and organisational skills
- Experience across building structures, including: Large retail shopping centres, Commercial office buildings with deep basements, Highrise apartment buildings, Residential developments and luxury homes, Industrial distribution centres and factories
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
- BSc or BTech in Civil Engineering.
