Company and Job Description: This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to drive financial performance and operational excellence. This role is an individual contributor position , working closely with and supported by the finance support team based in South Africa . Key Responsibilities: Ensure all financial transactions, reporting, and processes comply with local regulations, accounting standards, and Group financial governance requirements. Oversee core financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and working capital management . Manage statutory reporting, tax compliance, and financial audits , ensuring accurate and timely submissions. Provide financial analysis and strategic insight to business leaders to support decision-making and improve financial performance. Maintain strong internal controls and risk management , while driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting finance transformation projects (including ERP implementations). Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field . Completed SAICA articles ideally. Around 7-8 years of experience in financial management, reporting, or finance business partnering roles. Strong knowledge of financial governance, statutory reporting, and tax compliance . Experience working in multinational or global organisations is highly beneficial. Strong understanding of financial controls, treasury, and working capital management . Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting . Ability to provide strategic financial insights to business leaders. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
