About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen our quality and compliance function as we continue to scale. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Quality Management System across our factory, ensuring that products, processes, and people meet internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System across the factory.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with approved SOPs, quality manuals, and work instructions.
  • Own and manage non-conformance, deviation, corrective and preventative action (CAPA).
  • Lead root cause analysis and drive sustainable corrective actions.
  • Manage customer complaints, investigations, and closure within agreed timelines.
  • Drive continual improvement initiatives based on manufacturing best practice and data analysis.

Requirements

  • BSc / BEng / BTech / Diploma in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / Six Sigma certification advantageous.
  • Minimum 35 years experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, Process Specialist, or Quality Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SOP-driven environments and compliance systems.
  • Exposure to audits, risk management, and corrective action systems.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: R35,000 – R45,000 per month (CTC)
