About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex business intelligence solutions using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop data visualizations and reports using Power BI
Utilize SQL skills to query and analyze large datasets
Optimize performance of Power BI workbooks and reports
Integrate with cloud-based BI visualization and reporting tools (Azure, AWS)
Develop SSIS packages for data integration, transformation, and workflow automation
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions

Requirements

A Degree, Diploma or equivalent in IT (or related)
At least 5 years’ professional experience utilizing Power BI
Proficiency in SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance optimization, etc.)
Solid experience with cloud-based BI visualization and reporting tools
Experience with SSIS and related ETL tools and processes
