About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for a skilled Web Developer on behalf of a luxury property group based in Cape Town, South Africa. Our client is seeking a professional to manage and enhance their online presence, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure websites are optimised for speed, usability, and SEO
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues
- Maintain and update content management systems
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements
Requirements
Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with back-end programming languages and frameworks
Familiarity with content management systems and web hosting environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
