About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department in Tzaneen, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians
- Organise tasks and oversee service department workflow to ensure deadlines are met
- Possess in-depth knowledge of passenger and commercial vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing
- Demonstrate strong administrative and financial skills
- Utilise effective written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain quality control and attention to detail
- Develop strong reporting skills
Requirements
Valid Drivers License
3-5 years experience in a service supervisory or service management capacity
Prior experience in a dealership environment is essential
Mechanical Trade Certificate (or equivalent)
National Senior Certificate or Technical N3 Certificate
Qualifications
