About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring efficient and effective management of financial resources, labor relations, and overall branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies
- Oversee labor relations and maintain positive relationships with employees
- Implement and enforce SA Labor Law knowledge to minimize risks
- Utilize Syspro and MS Office for day-to-day operations
- Maintain valid driver’s license and own transport for business purposes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Branch Operational Manager in the Automotive Parts | Component Industry
- Relevant Tertiary Education required
- Proficient in Syspro
- Essential skills in MS Office
- Strong knowledge in Financial Management
- Labor relations expertise
- SA Labor Law knowledge beneficial

Salary & Benefits
Salary of up to R 55,000 to R 60,000 CTC negotiable based on experience.
