About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Web Experience & Digital Content Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our consumer website, ensuring it provides an exceptional user experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the functionality, navigation, and overall health of the organisation’s consumer website
- Ensure all published content is accurate, brand-aligned, and up-to-date
- Conduct regular page reviews and testing prior to publishing updates
- Identify and resolve issues such as layout inconsistencies, broken links, display problems, and mobile responsiveness gaps
- Implement ongoing content and structural updates using the organisation’s CMS
- Build promotional landing pages, campaign-specific content hubs, and supporting digital assets
- Translate briefs into functional and visually optimised web pages
- Ensure content changes align with both global creative direction and local market needs
Requirements
