The ideal candidate is a seasoned in-house risk professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, someone who can balance strategic oversight with practical implementation and influence stakeholders at every level.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or a related discipline (postgraduate or professional certification advantageous, e.g. IRMSA)
• 8–10 years’ corporate risk experience, including strong in-house exposure (essential)
• Proven success embedding frameworks across group or multi-entity structures
• Deep understanding of South African corporate governance (King IV)
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A mix of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution
