Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency in Cape Town, is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Sales Person for our client. As a Business Sales Person, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing their client base.
In this role, you will be required to identify potential clients, build relationships, and present tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients.
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Assess client needs and create logistics solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes.
- Customize solutions based on client requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Set and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Negotiate terms and conditions.
- Secure new business deals and manage transitions.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business sales with Sea Logistics essential
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, Logistics or similar
- Proven experience with Sea Logistics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
