Location: Midrand
Hire Resolve is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Finance Manager with a CA(SA) qualification to join our team in the mining industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis within the mining sector.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
– Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
– Manage the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports
– Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management
– Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
– Manage a team of finance professionals and provide leadership and guidance
– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and government agencies
Requirements:
– CA(SA) qualification is essential
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role within the mining industry
– Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations
– Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic planning
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
