- Install and maintain network infrastructure for CCTV cameras.
- Install, configure and trouble shoot IT and network equipment.
- Provide on-site support.
Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- A+ and N+ certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- An insatiable appetite for learning and an eagerness to embrace emerging technologies.
- 2 Years experience and knowledge of first-line support, including desktop support, printers, CCTV systems, VoIP, and networking.
- Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments.
- Willingness to travel, work overtime, and stay out of town for project assignments.
- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills to interact with users and team members.
- Work efficiently on your own or seamlessly within a team.
- Dependable, organized, and always ready for the next challenge.
