Job Description

A luxury boutique hospitality group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Group HR Business Partner to oversee and drive the human resources function across its portfolio of high-end properties. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who is passionate about people, culture, and delivering excellence in line with luxury brand standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full HR function across the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support operational excellence Drive recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates within the luxury hospitality sector Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes Foster a positive organizational culture that reflects the values of a luxury brand Manage training, learning, and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and growth Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and best practices Provide guidance and support to management on all HR-related matters Requirements South African citizen (essential) Matric (Grade 12) qualification (essential) Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment Experience working with high-end or luxury brands, ideally within hotels Experience in opening new hotels highly advantageous Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Own; reliable transport What We Offer Opportunity to work within a prestigious and growing luxury hospitality group A dynamic and supportive working environment Competitive salary package If you are a strategic HR professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and people development, we invite you to apply.
