About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Millwright to join our team in Vereeniging. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical systems on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults with PLC systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime
Requirements
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
- Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Red Seal certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to identify and report faults effectively
