About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Commercial Lead based in Cape Town, supporting both the Western and Eastern Cape regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial success through technical expertise, while thriving in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, internal teams, and customers across the Western and Eastern Cape regions
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and sales forecasting to inform commercial decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Travel extensively throughout the region to engage with stakeholders and drive sales growth

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in technical sales (industrial/capital equipment preferred)
  • FMCG sales experience (meat processing/hygiene preferred)
  • Comfortable travelling across regions and engaging with OEMs/internal teams
  • Afrikaans fluency
  • Relevant business qualification (completed/in progress)

Qualifications

  • Valid drivers license
