THE MISSION: 12 MONTHS OF ACCELERATED DEVELOPMENT

This is a high-performance journey designed to push you to your limits and beyond. Over 12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in:

Frontline Engineering: Real plant and heavy industrial site exposure.
Deep Technical Mastery: Asset Performance, Reliability Engineering, and RCM strategy.
Problem Solving: Root Cause Analysis and performance optimization projects.
The Future: Digital analytics and engineering data interpretation.
Mentorship: Direct guidance from senior engineers with quarterly performance tracking.

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE:

You are ambitious, resilient, and technically curious. You don’t just want to watchyou want to own the outcome.

Disciplines Wanted:

Mechanical | Electrical | Mechanical Design

Must-Haves:

A completed BEng/BSc Engineering Degree.
At least 1 year of relevant engineering experience.
A valid drivers license.
A “will travel anywhere” mindset and willingness to relocate.

THE DETAILS:

Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term.
Growth: Top performers may be considered for permanent placement upon completion.
Locations: Johannesburg, Gqeberha, KZN, and Northern Cape
