? Managing day-to-day fitment centre operations across both branches
? Leading a team to deliver high-quality automotive glass and vehicle maintenance services
? Driving excellence in safety, service, and operational efficiency
? Handling customer relationship management (CRM) systems, SAP, stock, and workshop processes
? Solving problems proactively while keeping the team motivated and service levels high
????????????:
Matric and a valid drivers license
Proven experience in:
Automotive glass replacement
Safety glass calibration, regassing, tinting, and related services
Strong knowledge of workshop operations, SAP, and CRM tools
Ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Knysna / Plettenberg / George area
