- Matric/Grade 12
- Certificate/Diploma in Administration (Advantageous)
- 5-7 years Personal Assistant/Secretarial experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Duties:
- Full Personal Assistant function for the Director
- Office Management and Administration
- Typing MS Word and Excel Spreadsheets
- Client liaison
- Sales administration
Must be able to:
- Prioritize
- Good Management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive
- Attention to detail and very organized
