Job Description
- Lead and execute the SA commercial strategy and expansion into neighbouring markets across Southern Africa
- Drive growth across Traditional Trade and Modern Trade
- Own and optimise distributor partnerships
- Take full accountability for P&L and market performance
- Oversee marketing execution and brand performance locally
- Build and refine practical ways of working, tools, and processes
- Collaborate with regional teams across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain
Ideal candidates will have:
- 10+ years’ experience in FMCG with solid Africa experience
- Exposure to regional expansion and market entry strategies
- Strong distributor management experience
- Solid understanding of route-to-market (TT & MT)
- Comfortable owning commercial performance and P&L
- Hands-on, operational mindset — not purely strategic
- Able to thrive in a lean, agile environment
