About the Role
We are seeking a Play Area Attendant at Craven Cottage CC who will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and engaging environment for kids of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor children constantly to prevent accidents and injuries, ensuring a secure environment.
- Maintain high hygiene standards by cleaning and sanitizing toys, equipment, and the play area.
- Organize and lead games, crafts, and interactive activities for various age groups.
- Greet families warmly, manage registration/check-in, and communicate rules effectively.
- Provide first aid or handle emergencies in accordance with safety protocols.
Requirements
Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children and parents.
CPR/First Aid certification.
Energetic, patient, and engaging personality.
Ability to stand, walk, and engage in active play for extended periods.
