- Verseker akkurate en tydige dokumentasie
Tegniese Ondersteuning en Eskalasie
- Tree op as senior eskalasiepunt vir IT-ondersteuning
- Voer praktiese foutopsporing, herstelwerk en installasies uit
- Ondersteun Microsoft 365, netwerke, drukkers en infrastruktuur
- Verskaf afstand- en terreinondersteuning
- Identifiseer herhalende probleme en stel verbeterings voor
Span Koördinering
- Ondervinding in die toesighouding of mentorskap van tegnici
- Verseker produktiwiteit en prosesnakoming
- Mentor tegnici in probleemoplossing
- Verminder bestuur se betrokkenheid in daaglikse take
- Eskaleer prestasie- en werkvloei-uitdagings
Kliëntediens
- Kommunikeer professioneel met kliënte
- Verskaf tydige terugvoer en bestuur verwagtinge
- Verbeter dienslewering deur aanspreeklikheid
- Eskaleer dringende kliëntkwessies onmiddellik
Administrasie en Prosesse
- Hou rekords van alle take en aksies

Minimum Vereistes
- 3–5 jaar ondervinding in IT-ondersteuning
- Sterk praktiese kennis van rekenaars en IT-probleemoplossing
- Kennis van Microsoft 365 administrasie
- Goeie begrip van netwerke (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
- Blootstelling aan basiese bedieneromgewings en rugsteunstel
- Geldige rybewys en eie voertuig
- Goeie kommunikasievaardighede (Afrikaans en Engels)
- Vermoë om verskeie prioriteite onder druk te bestuur
