About the Role
Our Client, Tailormade Solution, is seeking a highly skilled HR Group Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating human resource management activities within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement/review of policies
- Assist with preparation and coordinating grievances
- Ensure timely and accuracy of capturing reports
- Assist with coordinating Employee events
- Manage records and data
- Assist with preparation and coordinating of hearings/grievances
Requirements
- Qualification in HR
- Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in a similar role
- Labor legislation knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft office
