About the Role
Hire Resolve is currently seeking two experienced bookkeepers who are fluent in Afrikaans to join our client’s team in Caledon. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in bookkeeping and be able to perform a variety of financial tasks accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and colleagues in Afrikaans
- Provide general office support as needed
Requirements
- Fluency in Afrikaans is required
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a related role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency with accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
