About the Role
Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a skilled Technical Key Accounts Manager to join their team in Cape Town. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts in the technical industry, providing tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs, and building long-term relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key client accounts in the technical industry
- Understand clients’ technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
- Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Prepare and present technical proposals to clients
- Provide post-sales support and address any client concerns or issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role
- Deep understanding of technical products and services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset to track market trends and competitor activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
