About the Role
Fruit Group is seeking a motivated, hands-on Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team in Malelane. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to the company and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Admin/accounts data capturing on Sage X3
- Debtors, general ledger & reconciliations
- Supplier invoice processing & payments
- Creditors reconciliations & age analysis
- Stock control, petty cash, journaling & purchase order approvals
- Support audits, financial reviews & compliance practices
- Handle supplier queries and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Std.10) further accounting studies an advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong financial & accounting knowledge with proven track record
- Experience with stock/inventory, cash books & accounting modules
- Computer skills: MS Office (Excel essential), Sage X3 advantageous
Salary & Benefits
R30 000-R38000 Negotiable
