About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site, managing client relationships, and maintaining high levels of quality and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide security advice to clients
- Conduct Quality Assurance Audit
- Perform Threat and Risk assessments
- Act as experienced client liaison and develop professional client relationships
- Effectively deal with and manage client complaints
- Ensure that contractual requirements are met all the time
- Maintain the ISO 9001 quality system
- Ensure that all companies/Clients SOPs are followed
- Manage incident and investigation processes
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of good security practices, covering physical and logical aspects of information products, systems integrity, confidentiality
- Manage the smooth day-to-day running of the relevant site to ensure profitability
- Effectively organize, supervise and staff manage the site team
- Retain clients and maintain customer service levels
- Develop training programs for staff
- Conduct audits and assessments
- Maintain and safeguard company and client assets
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- PSIRA certification
- Relevant experience in a managerial or similar position for at least 5 years
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of risk management, business impact analysis and counter measures
- Knowledge of tools and systems which provide access security control
