About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Booking Agent in Bellville. As a key member of our call centre, you will be responsible for managing bookings and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings and provide accurate information to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and other communication channels
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with company developments
Requirements
- Proven telesales and sales experience
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- No criminal record
- Strong internet presence
- Availability to start immediately
Qualifications
- Formal education beyond matric is not required for this role.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: R5000 per month
