ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Identity & Access Manager As fundamental part of the domain Digital Identity we are responsible for the IAM architecture, especially for the management of identities, accounts and roles. In doing so, we rely on the consistent use of standards. As part of our team you drive the implementation of our IT Strategy. As a Identity & Access Manager we offer you an innovative and challenging field of activity in the Identities, Accounts and Roles Enabling & Migration product. In the process of migration from your legacy world to our New central IAM solution you will be responsible for analysis, conception and implementation of necessary Functional building blocks. You constantly keep an eye on options for further automation of our backend Processes and the development pipeline. You work very closely with the internal IAR team and their interface partners, especially in the Digital Identity Domain (Authentication platform, Active Directory, PAM, Secure Authentication) but also with the stakeholders Regular tasks for you will be Rollout of OneIdentity Solution to the applications (Onboarding) Consulting & Analysis during the rollout of OneIdentity solution to Business Domains (e.g. role modeling) Technical consulting of application owners in terms of IAM protocols (e.g. SAML; OIDC; LDAPs) Continuous improvement of the current rollout process Regular interactions through meetings, calls and emails: with central product owners for IAR with Feature Teams of other IAM products with Stakeholders/ requestors of other PRIMES with clients Teamwork and communication across the team. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Successfully completed degree in computer science/communications engineering or another degree program or comparable qualification. Minimum 6 years of professional experience (also internationally) in the IT sector, preferably in the area of development and maintenance of IAM systems
