About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Reservations Agent to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. As a key member of our hospitality brand, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and bookings for our upmarket hostel brand
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests from around the world
